Acceptable Stay but Room Issues
open bathroom windows insect issue
The breakfast offered a good variety of foods.
The room had open windows in the bathroom. All sorts of insects and flies came inside when the bathroom lights were on, and a lizard was also there. I couldn't use the bathroom at night with the lights on and had to go in the dark. This was frustrating.

friendly staff easy access tourist spot blocked sink noisy environment balcony door
I spent four GLORIOUS nights here. The staff were REALLY friendly, remembering my name each day. I enjoyed the pristine beaches and easy access to local tourist spots using readily available ride services. The trip to Kuah Town Chinese Temple was a good bonus!
My sink DID get blocked in the room. I was on the ground floor, and it got pretty noisy at night with people walking upstairs. I also noticed some flies in the room, and the balcony doors seemed to have gaps, allowing them to enter easily. I wish there were better seals around those doors.

fantastic experience!
asian option western option well-kept grounds
this resort has two pools that i really liked. i enjoyed that the breakfast included both asian and western options. the hotel grounds are lush and very well maintained too.

easy access polite staff delicious food
the location was great , with easy access to the beach. the staff was really courteous , addressing issues fast. the food was delicious and reasonably priced.
i requested an island view room on a higher floor , but was given a ground floor room. i found the provided golf cart service unreliable.

stolen money unacceptable incident
the room service stole money from my sister's family it was a terrible experience. i don't understand how this could happen in a hotel that presents itself so well. i found this completely unacceptable and shocking after the hotel seemed so trustworthy. i think the hotel should be held accountable for this incident and take immediate action to prevent similar situations in the future.

amazing resort experience!
huge room super clean room beachfront lounger reasonable price
this resort is something else! rooms were huge and super clean. beachfront loungers were available and the food was beautiful at reasonable prices. the staff were super courteous and i cannot stress that enough! the new pool opened and i spent all day there. 2 pools are available to guests plus the beach.

i noticed the staff provided prompt service at the restaurants. they greeted guests with a smile and were always ready to assist with any requests. their attentiveness made the dining experiences more enjoyable and relaxed.

the fitness center features modern equipment including treadmills, elliptical machines and free weights. it provided a good range of options for maintaining workout routines. the equipment was well maintained and clean for a comfortable exercise environment.

the hotel provided direct access to the beach. i found several bars and restaurants within a short walk. central pantai cenang is also a reasonable distance away all along a concrete footpath.
